WHAT WE DO FOR YOUR EVENTS

Sponsorship sales is not for everyone. Sometimes you might need a little assistance.

Let us help you approach it with a long term vision of success whether that be handling the sales side of things for you or teaching you how to do it.

We understand that in most events, there’s a worthy cause waiting to be funded.  We want to help fund your causes.

The Sponsor Bureau is finding sponsors right in your back yard who are willing to pay for quality exposure at a quality event.

Here’s how it works:

NEW EVENTS OR RE-BRANDING OF EXISTING EVENTS

  1. Typically a conference call or an in person visit to evaluate what your needs are.
  2. Depending on those needs, we will supply you a proposal outlining the plan.
  3. The cost is determined by how much time we spend on your event getting it ready to sell. Typically this is in the form of a retainer fee and if we sell your event, a commission will also be involved.

ESTABLISHED EVENTS JUST NEEDING SUPPLEMENTAL SALES HELP

  1. This assumes the event is up and running with historical numbers on sponsorship sales.
  2. This scenario is typically commission-only

AUDITING

Another popular way we help events is to attend the event with a crew of experts in several fields: sponsorships, operations, risk management, etc.

We evaluate the event, take pictures and present you with a comprehensive report on our findings. This is usually done when an event’s sponsor dollars are dropping. We’ll find out why.

The money you invest having an event audited will pay for itself many times over. A fresh perspective from an outside expert will alert you to things you’ve never seen or considered.

As event producers, we all get too close to our events making it hard to see and address certain issues…occupational hazard 🙂

Our audits are done for properties and sponsors alike.

SOME OF THE THINGS WE LOOK FOR DURING AN AUDIT

  • Is the event attractive to potential sponsors?
  • What assets do you have to sell?
  • Are you packaging those assets properly?
  • Are they priced competitively?
  • Does the event deliver what you promised to the sponsor?
  • Are you someone a sponsor wants to be associated with?
